We are looking for a **Business Market Analyst (Growth)** to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in building and scaling our mobile apps within our health and wellness vertical. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions.

**What We Are Looking For:**

Your mission: turn a large amount of external signals (competitors, trends, funnel moves, creatives, traffic shifts) into clear insights that help us make faster, smarter decisions across **product, growth, and monetization**.

**This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digging deep, spotting patterns early, and turning research into strategies that actually move numbers.**

You can go from:  “This offer xyz is a trend in the market” → “This competitor’s offer has increased by xx% WoW in terms of number of ad creatives and yy% app downloads ” → “This angle is scaling the most and is worth tapping into”

**Requirements**

- Experience in market research, business analysis, competitive intelligence, or growth analysis

- Strong ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights + recommendations

- Comfortable using data to support decisions (not just opinions)

- Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect info

- Great communicator who can communicate to various stakeholders, from data team to senior management

**Desired Skills**

- Experience in Web2 app industry

- Familiarity with performance marketing funnels (landing pages, conversion flows, upsells, retention)

- Experience with external research tools such as: SimilarWeb, semrush, Meta Ad Library

- Experience or interest in health, fitness, nutrition, well-being and adjacent verticals
