Head of Lifecycle

At Reverse Tech, we build and scale our own subscription-first digital brands in the health and wellness space, with the ambition to help 10 million people improve their health by 2030. We move fast, measure what matters, and operate with a strong data-driven mindset — no big egos, just big data.
We’re looking for a Head of Lifecycle to own and scale our customer lifecycle across email, push, in-app and app content, ensuring high deliverability, reliable infrastructure, and strong engagement as we grow multiple brands in parallel.
This is a player-coach role with real ownership: you’ll lead and grow a high-performing lifecycle/CRM team while staying close to the technical execution.
We currently operate two in-house brands:
- Reverse Health (our most mature brand)
- Muscle Charge (our men’s brand)
And we are actively building additional brands fully in-house.
Why this role matters
Lifecycle needs to scale without constant fire drills.
You’ll be the bridge between Product, Growth and technical execution.
You’ll proactively prevent deliverability, data and channel issues before they impact users.
Requirements:
5+ years in lifecycle, CRM operations, or marketing technology role
Experience with subscription-based digital products.
2+ years managing technical teams or leading cross-functional technical initiatives
End-to-end lifecycle technical stack (Braze + ecosystem).
Deep knowledge of email deliverability and large-scale sending
Hands-on experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and email infrastructure
Experience managing multi-channel messaging (email, push, in-app)
Ability translating business goals into technical roadmaps and priorities.
What we’re looking for
Strong leadership with hands-on lifecycle / CRM / martech background.
Deep expertise in email deliverability and subscription-based messaging.
Solid understanding of mobile push, in-app messaging and data flows.
Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with ownership.
Experience working closely with product, growth and engineering teams.
