We are looking for a motivated Contracts & Privacy Counsel to join our team. This role gives you the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, applying and expanding your legal expertise while building strong project management and organizational skills.

About the role:

• Own day-to-day execution of contracts and vendor legal matters, with guidance and escalation where needed.

• Act as a primary point of contact for contract lifecycle management, supporting drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of agreements.

• Provide privacy and data protection support at the deal and project level, helping embed privacy requirements into contracts and initiatives.

• Support the maintenance and improvement of contract templates, legal documentation, and internal processes in coordination with the Legal team.

• Manage multiple legal matters in parallel, ensuring work is well-structured, tracked, and delivered on time.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and colleagues across jurisdictions.

• Contribute to building scalable legal processes that support business growth.

Desired Skills

• Law degree.

• 2–5 years of experience in legal roles, with exposure to contracts and/or privacy matters.

• Interest in a practical, execution-oriented legal role that combines legal analysis with operational work.

• Comfort working across global markets and multiple jurisdictions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Solid project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to prioritize, self-organize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned matters.
