We're looking for a Business Operations Data Analyst to join our remote, cross-functional team. In this role, you’ll act as a key bridge between business, product, operations and finance — analyzing performance across our portfolio to uncover opportunities for optimization, pricing, payment efficiency, and product growth.
You’ll combine your analytical and technical expertise to evaluate the business at every level — from payment conversion rates and refund behavior to customer LTV and cohort performance.
This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who enjoys diving deep into data, building automated insights pipelines, and shaping how data informs strategic decisions.
What will you do:
- Evaluate business performance: Analyze KPIs across acquisition, conversion, retention, and payments to identify growth levers and areas for improvement.
- Monitor financial health: Build automated reports and insights on revenue and payment success/failure rates.
- Support product and finance teams: Collaborate on initiatives to improve pricing, reduce payment friction, and increase overall profitability.
- Optimize and forecast: Develop models to predict business performance and test new initiatives’ potential impact.
- Build and maintain dashboards: Own and evolve business performance dashboards in Tableau, Sigma, or similar tools.
- Enable data-driven decisions: Partner with engineering, data science and product to ensure the right data is tracked and structured for analysis.
- Experimentation & validation: Support A/B testing efforts with statistical analysis and actionable insights.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in business, product, or financial analytics, ideally within a subscription or digital product business.
- Proficient in SQL (BigQuery experience preferred) and familiar with Python for analysis and automation.
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
- Strong understanding of business and financial metrics: revenue, ARPU, LTV, churn, CAC/CPA, margin, and payment metrics.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills — able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment with high autonomy.
