We're looking for a Data Product Manager to lead the next evolution of our data ecosystem and transform how Reverse Tech uses data as a competitive advantage.
You’ll operate at the crossroads of data engineering, martech, analytics, and business, ensuring our modern stack — built on BigQuery, dbt, GTM , Sigma Computing, Braze and reverse ETL tools — is reliable, discoverable, and built for activation.
As the Data Product Manager, you’ll oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the data products that power our key business decisions. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and technical leads to translate business goals into scalable data solutions.
Your mission: to empower Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to move faster and smarter — by delivering trusted, high-quality data, well-defined metrics, and seamless activation pipelines that turn insights into impact.
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in data product management, analytics, or data engineering.
- Solid understanding of the modern data stack, including:
- dbt for data modeling
- BigQuery as data warehouse
- Prefect for orchestration and workflow management
- Elementary (or similar) for data quality and observability Reverse ETL and composable CDP tools (e.g., Hightouch, Segment, Census)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and ensuring accurate data collection across digital products
- dbt for data modeling
- Strong knowledge of data governance, discoverability, and data documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and properly explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and understanding technical dataflows from start to end.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment using tools like Jira, Slack, and Notion.
Bonus points:
If you have experience:
- Supporting marketing activation and audience segmentation pipelines.
- Working with warehouse-native or composable CDP architectures.
- Collaborating with ML teams (predictive models like churn or LTV).
What will you do
Product Management:
- Partner with data engineers and analysts to define and implement reliable, well-modeled datasets in dbt and BigQuery.
- Collaborate with business / martech teams to activate data through reverse ETL and composable CDP tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data product needs and prioritize features;
- Ensure data products meet business objectives and user needs.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for data product-related inquiries;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives;
- Track and communicate the business impact of data initiatives.
