We're looking for a Performance Marketing Designer to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in building and scaling our mobile apps within our health and wellness vertical. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Designer who combines creativity with strategy. In this role, design isn’t just about looking good—it’s about driving results. 

You’ll be joining a newly formed, fast-growing marketing design team—the perfect time to get in early, shape how we work, and make a big impact. Your focus will be building and iterating ad creatives that move the needle—especially on Meta (our primary channel), but also across Google, TikTok, and beyond. 

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Partner with the Design Manager and marketing team to align creative with testing and growth goals. 
• Develop and test ad concepts with rapid iteration and performance insights. 
• Tailor creative to each channel—knowing when to lean into native/UGC-style formats and when to push more polished executions. 
• Build scalable, automated creative systems (templates, design frameworks, dynamic formats). 
• Become the channel expert for Meta: understanding what works, what doesn’t, and why.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital or performance design, ideally in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to master both static design and video creative, with a strong eye for UGC-style content.
• Motion knowledge is a plus—or at least willingness to learn.
• Data-informed mindset: able to interpret performance results and turn them into actionable creative next steps.
• Experience building scalable frameworks and automated systems.
• Strong grasp of how to adapt creative for different channels and audiences.

Nice to have, but not mandatory:

• Experience in the health & fitness vertical
