Reverse Health our first and most mature brand.
Muscle Charge our youngest brand focused on men.
And we are actively innovating and building a third brand, developed fully in-house and launching soon.

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in creating and managing effective advertising campaigns on Meta and other social media ad platforms. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across all Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions.
About the role:
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta’s platforms using data-driven insights and best practices.
Optimize ad budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Hyros, Looker, Mixpanel, and advertising platforms’ native analytics.
Research and test new ad formats, features, and audiences to identify opportunities and enhance performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, copy, and product) to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and execution.
Communicate and report on campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Skills needed
3+ years of experience in a similar role at a digital business, ideally a subscription-based B2C product.
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, including knowledge of its policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Familiarity with B2C app business metrics (CPA, AOV, LTV, CTR) and an understanding of how funnels operate.
Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate and test new ideas.
High sense of ownership and proactivity—you take initiative and drive results.
Experience with complex environments, multiple products. Unblocking new businesses.
Nice to have but not mandatory:
Experience in the health & fitness vertical
Knowledge in automation integrations for efficiency
Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, or TikTok)
Experience using n8n, coding, no-code tools or automations extensively.
Experience with subscription models.
