We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer who's passionate about building scalable systems, empowering creative teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Senior Design Manager, you'll act as their operational partner—setting up the tools, workflows, and support systems that enable our design team to deliver high-quality creative at scale and speed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the world of automation, AI tools, agile testing, and performance marketing, and who’s excited about mentoring junior designers while optimizing the backend of a high-performing creative engine.

- Creative Workflow & Automation: Implement and optimize automation and AI-powered tools (e.g. Figma plugins, ChatGPT, batch-editing tools… you name it) to streamline creative production and boost output. 

- Performance-Driven Execution: Partner with Design Manager and Paid Social to launch creative tests rapidly, track winners and losers, and feed learnings back into future iterations. Build systems that prioritize speed over polish in early testing, then scale and refine high-performers. 

- Team Support & Management: Manage and mentor a small team of junior designers, helping them navigate briefs, deadlines, tools, and feedback loops. Ensure they have the guidance, assets, and structure they need to succeed in a high-speed, test-and-learn environment. 

- Project & Resource Oversight: Manage internal workflows and external collaborators (freelancers, UGC creators) to keep projects on track and under budget.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in creative operations, performance marketing, or production, ideally in a fast-moving digital or DTC environment.
• Deep familiarity with AI and creative automation tools — and excitement about leveraging them to work smarter. 
• Strong project and resource management skills; you thrive in organized chaos and love building clarity from complexity.
• A performance-first mindset: you care about outcomes and insights, not just output. 
• Familiarity with B2C app business metrics (CPA, AOV, LTV, CTR) and an understanding of how funnels operate. 
• High sense of ownership and proactivity—you take initiative and drive results.
