We are looking for a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As part of a cross-functional DevOps team, you will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure our systems are robust, automated, and optimized for performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support business applications and services. Develop, deploy, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily with Terraform. Monitor, optimize, and ensure high availability and reliability of systems through proactive automation and observability practices. Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into their workflows, fostering a culture of shared responsibility for system reliability.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps role.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools, specifically GitHub.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, specifically Datadog.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation and scalability.
- Ideally knowledge of Cloud Run and Kubernetes technology.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Node.js programming language.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
